Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding text is theRussian version (Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

By submitting a request through the form on aristocrat3d.ru and ticking the consent box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Operator

Aristocrat FB LLC (OOO "Aristokrat FB"), INN 7720486700, KPP 772101001, OGRN 1197746659450, address: Apt. 743, 7A Okskaya St, Ryazansky Municipal District, Moscow, 109457, Russia.

2. Personal data

Name, phone number, e-mail address and any information I provide in the message, as well as my IP address, browser details and the address of the page from which the request was sent, and information about my visits to the website: traffic sources, visit dates, pages viewed and my visitor ID in Yandex Metrica.

3. Purposes of processing

Reviewing my request and contacting me; consulting, estimating costs and preparing a commercial proposal; concluding and performing a contract, should I decide to conclude one; protecting the website from spam and abuse; assessing the effectiveness of advertising and of the channels through which requests arrive.

4. Actions with data and processing methods

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.

5. Cross-border transfer

I agree that a notification of my request containing the data I provided is delivered to the Operator via the Telegram messenger and to the Operator's Gmail e-mail, and, if I provided an e-mail address, that a confirmation of receipt is sent to me through the Gmail service. The servers of these services are located outside the Russian Federation (United Arab Emirates, USA).

6. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid for 3 (three) years from the date the request is submitted or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by writing to aristocratfb.work@gmail.com or to the Operator's address. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless it has other legal grounds for processing.
