Matryoshka (Russian Fishery Company)
For the Russian Fishery Company stand, our props workshop made a matryoshka sculpture 2,400 mm tall.
The piece is made of foam: a sculpted three-dimensional form, a kokoshnik headdress, pearl ornaments and a relief fish pattern on the sarafan.
Foam kept this large-scale sculpture lightweight. The finish is automotive paint: the glossy surface looks smooth and seamless, and the orange-and-white palette makes the figure stand out from a distance.
